Order Processing
Shipping Methods
We offer the following shipping methods for domestic orders:
Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on factors such as product availability, destination, and carrier delays. Additionally, shipping time is based once your order has been received and scanned by the respective carrier.
Shipping Rates
Shipping rates are calculated based on the weight of your order and the selected shipping method. You can view the shipping charges during the checkout process before completing your order.
International Shipping
At this time, we only offer shipping within the United States. We currently do not ship internationally.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number. Please note, it may take up to 2-3 business days for the tracking number to be scanned into our carrier system
Lost or Damaged Shipments
In the rare event that your order is lost or damaged during transit, please contact us immediately at support@deststudios.com. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue and ensure that you receive your order as quickly as possible.
Shipping Address
Please ensure that your shipping address is accurate and complete to prevent delays or mis-deliveries. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. The customer is responsible for paying the cost of re-shipping any packages returned to the sender due to issues with delivery.
RETURN POLICY
Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with DEST. We are a small business that strive to provide the best products and services to our valued customers. If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help.
Returns
You have 14 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. Your item must be in the original packaging.
You are responsible for the charges of the return shipping.
Your original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Refunds
Once we receive your item, we will notify you and inspect your return upon arrival. Once inspection is complete, we will immediately send a follow notification on the status of your refund.
If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.
Exchanges
If you need to exchange an item for a different one, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your purchase. You will be responsible for any price difference and shipping costs associated with the exchange.
Exceptions
Personalized items are non-returnable.
Clearance items are non-returnable.
Any item not in its original condition, damaged, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error may not be eligible for return.
Shipping
You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
DEST is not responsible for any returns lost within the postal service. We strongly recommend that you send returns back to us on a fully tracked service.
All returns are monitored to avoid misuse or abuse of our return policy. We flag customers who meet our criteria for excessive returns and those flagged may be subject to us reviewing and revoking our return policy. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.

WHAT CAN I DO IF MY ORDER IS DAMAGED?
We're so sorry to hear that your order has arrived damaged. Please email support@deststudios.com with your order details and photos of the damage. Once received, one of our team members will be happy to advise further!
CAN I CANCEL MY ORDER?
Unfortunately we start processing your order as soon as it's placed. We are unable to change or cancel orders once they are made. If you no longer require your order, please submit a return request following our return policy.
MY ORDER STILL HASN'T ARRIVED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
Oh no! This is definitely not something we want happening. But rest assured it’s on its way! We recommend you frequently check the tracking link provided on your email, and if there still aren’t any updates, feel free to contact us at support@deststudios.com and we’ll get to the bottom of it for you. We appreciate your ongoing patience during this time.
HOW SHOULD I CARE FOR MY CANDLE?
LIGHT ME UP
ALLOW THE CANDLE TO BURN UNTIL THE ENTIRE SURFACE BECOMES A POOL OF LIQUID WAX. THIS ENSURES AN EVEN BURN AND PREVENTS TUNNELING.
TRIM YOUR WICK
USING A WICK TRIMMER, ALWAYS TRIM YOUR WICK 1/4 INCH BEFORE LIGHTING.
EXTINGUISH
USE THE LID TO COVER OR GENTLY BLOW OUT THE FLAME TO EXTINGUISH THE CANDLE. AVOID BLOWING ONTO THE WAX, AS THIS CAN CAUSE SPLATTERING.
ALL BURNT UP
DO NOT BURN CANDLES COMPLETELY. DISCARD WHEN WAX IS 1CM FROM THE BASE.
SAFETY FIRST
ALWAYS KEEP IT ON A FLAT SURFACE AND NEVER LEAVE YOUR CANDLE UNATTENDED. KEEP OUT OF REACH OF CHILDREN AND PETS.
